Background
I work with product and engineering teams building AI agents — from early architecture through production hardening. Most engagements start with a system that mostly works but breaks in hard-to-debug ways, or a team that needs sharper thinking around tool design, evaluation, and failure modes.
Before consulting, I co-founded Khelio.ai where I designed and built agent runtimes, structured generation pipelines, customer-intelligence systems, and the operational infrastructure around them. Before that, I led API platform engineering at Icertis, built engineering teams at Audio Compass, and founded HuntShire — a hiring platform used by Fortune 500 companies.
